CAT GALLERY - UPDATE HERE

MR CHARLIE
Mr. Charlie is a brown tabby with an estimated birth date of 9/19/2019. His former owner gave him up because she herself is older and she wanted to be sure he was at a good age to find a new forever home. He’s been with this older woman for the past 4 years and has not been around children, dogs, or other cats but he might get along with other cats. He is a very laidback cat initially in StreetCats, but he loves attention and really wants to be loved. His owner said he is active and loves to play. He is a very sweet cat.

PEACHES
She is very sweet and friendly, but other cats seem to make her nervous. She prefers Purina EN dry food and likes creamy seafood wet food. Adopted 8/2021 and returned 9/2022 due to peeing outside of litter box but she wasn’t on medicine consistently. Owner loved her but decided to return her. She uses a “regular” litter box that has clay litter in it, but she occasionally will pee on a puppy pad. She is on Fluoxetine to reduce stress and hopefully keep her from peeing in places other than the litter box. Fluoxetine is a gel that goes on the hairless area of an ear flap – switch ear flaps daily. This medication is in a transdermal gel applicator and is easy to give. The cost of this medicine is $75.34 for three pens on an auto ship for every 12 weeks. This medicine does have to be set up by her vet and Feline Specialties does this for her now. She would love to have a home of her own as the only pet in the home.

PRINCESS
Princess is a black and white tuxedo. She is very friendly and outgoing and loves to explore. She likes to play, likes attention, and enjoys being petted when she slows down. She does listen and can be snuggly and cozy. She doesn’t get along with all cats, but she might if given the chance from the other cat too. Her foster mom thinks she’d be great with a family, maybe as a single cat or possibly one other. She likes to run around so an apartment might not be the right place for her.

BOBA FETT ON HOLD FOR ADOPTION 7/19/2025
Boba Fett (name from Star Wars) is a blue tabby with white and is front declawed. His birth date is estimated for 1/1/2016 and he weighs about 13 lbs. He was adopted in 2017 from StreetCats by a lady who bonded with him totally and he relied on her. His owner died unexpectedly in 2025 and losing his “mom” was very difficult for him. StreetCats always takes back cats adopted from us when needed so he was turned over to us in June 2025 by a friend of the former owner. He had been living in an apartment with two other cats that belonged to a man and his son, but Boba did not like the men, therefore, we feel he will be happiest with another female owner who can give him lots of attention. He has now become calm and loves to have people pay attention to him. He can be petted and brushed or combed but he does not spend any time with other cats. He really is a sweet boy who needs a new home.

ZOE
Zoe is a smaller size Silver Tabby, estimated birthdate is 5/14/2014 and she lost her home because her owner has cancer and can no longer care for her (it’s not allowed by the doctor). She is a very sweet girl so losing her mom and being returned to StreetCats is hard but she’s slowly coming out of the little house she is in. She does have hyperthyroid disease so she gets ½ of a small methimazole pill by mouth morning and night but she’s used to getting it. She has not lived around other cats, children, or dogs but her mom loved her very much so she needs a new loving home.

COUNTESS - Being Adopted 7/19
Countess is a small Brown Patch Tabby weighing 6.7 lbs., and her estimated birthdate is 7/9/2024. She was abandoned by her owner and the neighbor and foster man could now longer keep her. She has been around children and other cats and has been sharing a room with Fluffy who just got adopted today. Therefore we think she’ll be fine as the only pet or with another cat companion. She’s new in StreetCats so we’ll have more info going forward.
